Transparency Post..

As we near the holidays my head is in a space that is all too familiar. Most years I find myself watching calories, over working my body and forgetting to rest. It’s the most wonderful time of year they say. Although I stay on track most days I believe falling down is the best way to remind myself I am still human. I wouldn’t call this a relapse in my recovery of EDs but a bump in the road more or less. These seasons of gloom and rain remind me that I am strong, and resilient through all challenges and although struggles are a definite in life we power on by like the boss babes we are. No judgement today, just love. ❤️
